Need some help? Here are some FAQ.

 

Ordering: 

Orders will have to be called or messaged in over facebook at this time. The checkout is not fully set up but you can use the cart for your items and message me the SKU numbers.

 

H&S Tack can accept Credit Cards over the phone or Paypal.

SHIPPING 

What is the cost? 

The cost of shipping is a flat rate of $10 for orders under $60.00. For orders over $60 its FREE shipping!

 

How long does shipping take? 

Shipping takes 5 to 7 business days as long as all items ordered are in stock. We will be contacting you right away to replace any out of stock item. This may take 1 or 2 more days to contact customer. 

 

 

PAYMENT & WARRANTY

What forms of payments do you accept

Glady accept  Visa Mastercard American Express and Discover Cards, Paypal and Cashier Checks.

 

Saddle Warranties

IMPORTANT! Make sure you keep your saddles warrenty card and the recipt in order to receive a replacement. 

 

RETURNS

What is your returns policy?

H&S Tack has a 3 day return policy. After you have received your item in the mail you will have 3 days to contact us at H&S Tack (Call, Text, Email, or PM us on Facebook). You will then have 7 business days to have the items mailed and back to the company.  (We do not pay shipping for returns.) 

 

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your return, we work to process your return within 1-3 business days. Once your return has been processed, you will receive your funds as follows:

If you paid by credit card or Paypal your original method of payment will be credited within 24 hours of processing your return.

If you paid by cash or check your refund check will be mailed

1 -2 Business days after your return has been processed.

 

 

Customers will be charged 5% for taxes.

No taxes will be charged for shipping.
